  • Orders are delivered during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • On orders outside the EU, VAT will be deducted at checkout.
  • Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are to be paid by the customer to their local customs office.
  • It is not possible to place orders in a country other than the one you are navigating through on our website.




Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days, starting the day of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


As products are made to order, following return conditions must be noted:


Made-to-order: Made-to-order items are exchangeable for other sizes or may be returned for a voucher equal to the purchase price.

Pre-Order: Pre-Order items may be returned for a voucher equal to the purchase price.

One-Of-One: One-of-one items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds are only applicable to full price and pre-ordered items. Sale, promotional and made-to-order items cannot be refunded. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We offer free returns on orders within Germany, otherwise you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
